✓ Main Activities:
✓ Work directly with the CEO in the definition and execution of strategic plans for the area.
✓ Have a role focused on project management and coordination of work teams adopting the latest technologies that generate added value to the business.
✓ Define and implement strategies to boost the area in terms of results and efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of short, medium and long term objectives.
✓ Generate and analyze reports and statistical data of different types to detect problems and define solutions.
✓ Identify industry best practices to improve processes and drive continuous improvements on the quality of the services offered.
✓ To be the link with the different external suppliers that the company has in terms of Technology.
✓ Work together with the main stakeholders of the business to make it grow.
✓ What are we looking for:
✓ Previous experience in Management roles (ideally in IT services companies) leading large teams and projects.
✓ Experience as a CTO in product companies will be a plus.
✓ Have knowledge and experience in software development (Excluded).
✓ Advanced English level, both oral and written.
✓ Availability for occasional trips to the USA and Europe is an important plus.
